I'm donating them to the Salvation Army too all person's who can't afford them at this particular time in their life's⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only reason I am giving them a three, because their fees are too much when you're late and I am guilty of that. They don't have a covering over their storages to be a inside storage; fees go up every year. Anything can jump into your storages and other customers can steal your things, like brown grasshoppers jumping everywhere. They got into mines like others customers also, concierges are professional, except one of the manager that I had experienced in the pass at that particular time. I know that's not their problem nor issues. Listen to this, less fees more customers! Excellent customer service, great move in special, and free truck for move in.

I recently went in to rent some storage space and my onboarding experience was really pleasant. In addition, they were running an amazing promotion. I had the pleasure to deal with both Hailey and Jessica who were super professional and customer focused. They were very patient and took their time to make me feel valued as a new customer. The facility is very clean and nice. Kudos to management for finding good quality employees who represent the brand well. I called some other local storage facilities and the customer service was horrible when speaking to them over the phone. Thanks again Hailey and Jessica for being rock stars.
